Payments
The Bride & Groom shall pay the Total Amount in accordance with this Agreement. Subject to such payment being received in cleared funds by Reel Sixty, Reel Sixty shall provide the selected Package and any Optional Extras to the Bride & Groom in accordance with the time frame set out herein.
Reservation
The Wedding Date shall not be reserved until Reel Sixty receives both a copy of this Agreement signed by the Bride & Groom and payment of the non-refundable Reservation Deposit, and Reel Sixty has confirmed that the Wedding Date is available.
Travel & accommodation
The Bride & Groom shall be responsible for all travel, accommodation, food and beverage and other costs (Ancillary Costs) incurred by Reel Sixty in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement. Reel Sixty shall use reasonable endeavours to keep the Ancillary Costs to a reasonable amount. Reel Sixty shall provide an estimate of the Ancillary Costs to the Bride & Groom upon written request. Reel Sixty may at its option request the payment of all or any part of the Ancillary Costs, and they shall be payable by the Bride & Groom, in advance of Reel Sixty incurring them.
Cancellations
Either Party may terminate this Agreement provided the other Party receives written notice of the same more than thirty (30) days before the Wedding Date (Early Cancellation). Neither Party shall incur any liability in respect of an Early Cancellation, except that where the Bride & Groom make an Early Cancellation, Reel Sixty shall be entitled to deduct any expenses incurred in relation to the reservation before refunding any part of the Total Amount (less the Reservation Deposit) it has received. No refunds shall be given if this Agreement is terminated by the Bride & Groom within the thirty (30) days before
Wedding film delivery
Reel Sixty shall produce the wedding film according to the selected Package. Reel Sixty shall deliver a DVD of the wedding film (the Proof) to the Bride & Groom within approximately ten (10) weeks of the Wedding Date for their approval. In the event that the Bride & Groom would like any changes to be made to the Proof, they may submit a written request to Reel Sixty detailing any such reasonable changes (a Change Request) within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the Proof. Reel Sixty shall use reasonable endeavours to make such changes and produce a final version of the wedding film (the Final Version). No charge shall be made for the first two (2) hours editing time spent producing the Final Version. Any editing time required beyond this shall incur an additional charge according to Reel Sixty’s current rates (available on request). Reel Sixty shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Final Version to the Bride & Groom within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Change Request.
